During concrete smoothing, the monolithic concrete floor is smoothed using special blade smoothing machines to achieve a concrete floor that is as hard-wearing as possible. In addition, machine-smoothed concrete surfaces are easy to clean and can be used and loaded within a short time after the smoothing process.
The application of hard aggregate hardens the upper concrete surface to make the concrete floor even more robust, wear-resistant and resilient. During the first stage of concrete smoothing, the hard aggregate is spread evenly using a spreader wagon, after which the material is worked into the concrete surface after a short reaction time using blade smoothing machines. The advantages of professionally applied hard aggregate are obvious: the concrete surface is hard and resistant, versatile and durable.
