Your tasks:
  • Monitoring and controlling processes on construction sites
  • Compliance with specifications (building permits, plans, other regulations)
  • Regular inspection of the proper implementation of construction work
  • Elaboration of the individual processes
  • Process tenders and obtain offers
  • Conducting negotiations and reaching agreements with clients
  • Creation of construction schedules
  • Acceptance of services and deliveries
  • Cost control
  • Audit
  • Participation in official approvals
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety guidelines
